- How chromatin organization dictates distinct modes of regulation and expression of the gonadotopin genes
- Novel functions for transcriptional enhancers and their lncRNAs in cell-specific and hormonally-induced gene expression in the gonadotrope.
- Gonadotrope proliferation & differentiation
- Mechanisms determining puberty onset and its timing in response to pre-pubertal events and exposures
- Variation in adult reproductive function due to the early life environment
- Utilizing the epigenome to regulate reproductive activity
