  • Novel functions for transcriptional enhancers and their lncRNAs in cell-specific and hormonally-induced gene expression in the gonadotrope.

  • Mechanisms determining puberty onset and its timing in response to pre-pubertal events and exposures
  • Variation in adult reproductive function due to the early life environment
  • Utilizing the epigenome to regulate reproductive activity
